Traditional and Sacred Homans and Pujas with Vedic Mantras
Her Holiness, Amma Sri Karunamayi has undertaken a special 40-Day Sadhana of Sri Subrahmanya Swamy Homams and Pujas which began on June 1 and will end on July 10. These sacred rituals are being performed at Amma’s remote forest ashram in India, Manidweepa Mahasamasthanam for the benefit of mankind to free them from their suffering and help receive favorable blessings from Sri Subrahmanya Swamy to mitigate the negative effects of recent planetary transits for physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.
In addition, these special homams and pujas are intended to help drive away dark forces, falsehood, and treachery that could be negatively impacting you and instead bring prosperity, abundance of happiness, harmonious relationships and also protect you from setbacks and difficulties in life, mitigate Saturn and Kuja affliction, and help you gain courage, as well as giving you blessings for protection and wish-fulfillment.
The culmination of this 40-day sadhana on the last five days will be a series of intense homams and pujas dedicated to Sri Subrahmanya Swamy and will include the following:
• Sri Adishesha Maha Naga Puja to invoke Sri Subrahmanya Swamy’s blessings for Kuja Dosha Nivaran
• 108 Kalasha Abhishekam of Sri Shakti Vel with water from six holy rivers
• Sri Subrahmanya Swamy Ksheera Abhishekam (Brahmi cow milk abhishekam) with 108 Dakshinamurti Shankhas (conches)
• Archana Adi Shesha Sri Subrahmanya Swamy seated in Maha Naga with five petal silver Rajatha Bilva Patras and silver Naga Linga Pushpa flowers
